About Us

Dina Wyshogrod, PhD

I am a licensed clinical and medical psychologist specializing in anxiety disorders and stress reduction.  I am also a Certified Teacher and Trainer of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – the only one in Israel certified by the Center for Mindfulness, USA, where MBSR was developed. MBSR-ISRAEL, which I founded and have been directing since 2002, provides training in mindfulness to the general public and professionals throughout Israel. 

I enjoy taking the mystery out of mindfulness and teaching simple yet powerful ways to enrich your life – even if you think you can’t meditate or sit still.  If you’d like to reduce the “noise,” stress, and confusion of daily life, if you’d like to be more peaceful, more in control, more joyful, I can teach you how.    


This will be my eighth trip to India and I can’t wait to experience it with you and explore together how mindfulness can enhance not only your experience on the road, but your life when you get back home. 

Rachelle Oseran

I am a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and childbirth educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, including co-directing Great Shape/YMCA, the Group Exercise Department of the Jerusalem International YMCA, for 23 years.  I specialize in MBCP (Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting), an official off-shoot of MBSR and the only program of its kind in Israel.

I have traveled extensively, including living in Asia for a year, and have organized "off the beaten track" trips for many years.  I am passionate about India – the culture, music, literature and people. I have been to India 12 times and look forward to introducing you to its beauty and richness.
